ISBL Announces Dividend

Ise Blu Equity Corp. (ISBL:PK) announced today the sale of it's subsidary, LGN Entertainment, to Banx and Green, Inc. The terms of the agreement require Banx and Green to pay Ise Blu Equity Corp. one share of BGGR common stock for every 30 shares of ISBL stock outstanding on February 18, 2008, with these shares being issued to all shareholders of record in ISBL as a dividend.

These shares are expected to begin trading upon the effectiveness of a registration statement that BGGR expects to file for their resale. Also in the agrement, BGGR has the option to purchase all of the remaining assets of ISBL or to merge with ISBL on or before May 31, 2009.

CJGH a Chinese manufacturer and supplier of ball bearings, released the revenue news this morning saying for the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company recorded revenue of $12.9 million, an increase of $1.4 million or 12.0% from the $11.5 million recorded in fiscal 2006 .

The increase in revenue is from a growing global demand for steel bearings as the Company had positive growth in sales from its existing customer base as well as obtaining new customers in 2007.

AMLJ News: $3.5 Million Net Sales For Quarter

AML Communications (AMLJ:OTCBB) announced today that it's third quarter ended December 31, 2008 nets sales increased with $3.5 million in sales compared to $2.2 million for the same quarter last year. AMLJ reported a net profit of $303,000 or three cents per share versus $60,000 or one cent per share compared to the same quarter last year.

The company stated that revenues for the quarter refelct core business growth. Large production program impacts are evident on the top and bottom lines, the company said.

AMLJ closed at .90 in Friday's session on light volume, up 1.12% on the day.

NTDL President Predicts Profitable Year

News was released from NuTech Digital this morning. NTDL President, Richard Greenberg, announced this morning that NTDL would probably show a profit for fiscal year 2007.
