ProConcept Marketing Group, Inc. (PMKT) announces today that it has acquired controlling interest and owns 80% of Cegal Industries and will retain 80% of the profits for an undisclosed amount of money and restricted stock. Cegal Industries is in the business of producing renewable and environment friendly fuel, the biodiesel, delivered from vegetable oils and rapeseed, and it is intended to provide full technological cycle of production: cultivation of oil seed (rapa), processing them into oil and final production of biodiesel. Switching to biofuel, is going from a good environmental conscience to a clean environmental conscience, and that is really something to tell our customers.
Rapaseed oil is used in the manufacture of biodiesel for powering motor vehicles. Biodiesel may be used in pure form in newer engines without engine damage, and is frequently combined with fossil-fuel diesel in ratios varying from 2% to 20% biodiesel.
