Fatburger Founder Dies

FCCG(OTCBB) Fog Cutter Capital Group, Inc. announced today that the founder of it's subsidiary Fatburger, Lovie Yancey, passed away Saturday, January 26.

Yancey opened her first restaurant in 1947, called Mr. Fatburger with a partner. In 1952 she ran the restaurant as a sole proprietor and changed the name to Fatburger. As an African-American female, Yancey overcame the racial discrimination that was prevalent in 1950's America.

Opening her flagship location in Beverly Hills in 1973, she drew the attention of many celebrities in the entertainment industry. Growing the business through franchises in 1980, by the midpoint of the decade in 1985, she was named in Entrepreneur magazine's Franchise 500 list.

FCCG has a 52 week range of .75-$3.24 and is currently trading at .90 as of today, January, 29
